Gridfinity is the open 42mm grid standard for drawer and desktop organization — bins click onto baseplates and stack on each other. This tool generates bins at exact spec dimensions, verified against the original OpenSCAD reference to within a thousandth of a millimeter. Pick the footprint in grid units (1×1 to 6×6), the height in 7mm units, and how many compartments to divide the interior into — set divisions to 0×0 for a solid bin you can carve up later. Magnet holes take standard 6×2mm magnets for grip on steel surfaces. Print tip: bins print flat with no supports. If magnets fit loose, a drop of CA glue is standard practice — the spec hole is 6.5mm for easy insertion.
